In the app
LocalRun Driver
Menu (☰) → Delete my account → type DELETE. Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.
LocalRun Business — employees (Team)
Team page → Remove my phone & sign-in data.
LocalRun Business — store owners
Store hub menu → Delete store account…. Because a store has sales, fees and payouts, TurnNet reviews the request, settles any balance and then deletes the store within 30 days.
LocalRun & Fan Cave (customers)
There are no customer accounts. In LocalRun, open My orders → Delete this phone’s data. For order records or Rewards points tied to your phone number, use the form below.
What is deleted and what is kept

| Driver | Name, phone, email, passcode, license and insurance photos, location, tax-tracker data, notification tokens | Past runs and payout amounts under an anonymous driver id, and the Stripe account id — needed for tax forms (1099) and payment records. Stripe keeps its own records under its policy. |
| Employee (Team) | Phone number, availability, notes, Team sign-in, notification tokens | Name, shifts and timecards — your employer must keep pay records. |
| Customer | On request: phone number, email, name and address on orders, Rewards points, notification tokens | Order totals, items and payment records with your personal details removed — needed for the restaurant’s sales-tax and accounting records. |

We complete requests within 30 days. Records we must keep are deleted when the law no longer requires them (usually 7 years for tax records).
