SMS Terms

These SMS Terms cover text messages from LocalRun, a service operated by TurnNet LLC. Messages are sent through our provider, Twilio.

1. Messages we send

When you give us your mobile number, you agree to receive texts related to what you’re doing on LocalRun, such as:

• Customers: order confirmations, status and delivery updates, and pay links for phone orders.
• Businesses: sign-up verification codes, approval notices, and account and order alerts.
• Drivers and pros: run and job notifications, verification codes, and account notices.
• Rewards: if you join a business’s rewards program, messages about your rewards.

Message frequency varies with your activity. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

How you opt in

You opt in to texts by entering your mobile number in a LocalRun form and submitting it:

• Checkout (orderlocalrun.com and the Fan Cave Pizzeria ordering site): directly under the phone field we show “By entering your mobile number you agree to receive order texts (confirmations, status and delivery updates) from LocalRun and the restaurant. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.”
• Phone orders: the caller gives their number and is told they will receive a text with their payment link and order updates.
• Business owners, staff, drivers and pros: enter their number when signing up or signing in and agree to these SMS Terms to receive verification codes and account alerts.

After opting in you may receive: “LocalRun: you're subscribed to order and account texts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.”

2. Opt out: STOP

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. We’ll send one message confirming you’ve opted out. Opting out may mean you won’t get order updates or verification codes by text. To opt back in, reply START.

3. Help: HELP

Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.

4. Costs and carriers

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Privacy

We don’t sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
